Acne of papulopustular type. Acne of papulopustular type is the most common dermatosis of teenagers. Topical retinoids, benzoyl peroxide or antibiotics are the main therapeutic selection. In more difficult cases oral tetracyclines or even a long course of oral isotretinoin should be considered.
