Acute weeping vesicular dermatitis

Acute weeping vesicular dermatitis. Acute weeping vesicular dermatitis caused by a contact allergen. Avoidance of the allergen, and topical corticosteroids covered in the initial phase with wet dressings lead to rapid improvement. To prevent recurrence, the specific cause should be clarified by using patch testing.
